Verbatim copying, plus the right to put on amateur productions
of the play at technical conferences, user group meetings, etc.

But, if you want to set it to music and perform it on Broadway,
or produce "The Two Doofuses: The Movie", then you'll need to
negotiate a separate license. :-)
