[DotGNU]pnetlib test suite

I have modified the CVS version of pnetlib so that the test suite
should run against the versions of mscorlib.dll, System.dll, etc in
the build tree, rather than the ones in "/usr/local/lib/cscc/lib".

It would be a good idea for everyone to do the following before
trying this out:

    make distclean
    cvs -z3 update -d
    ./auto_gen.sh
    ./configure --enable-maintainer-mode

Then do a "make", followed by a "make check".  This should run the
tests against the version you just built (assuming I don't have any
bugs in the test system of course :-) ).

Hopefully this will help the pnetlib warriors start pounding the
bugs out of the library.
