I've fixed this in CVS now.
There is one problem though - it will only compile those lines if it failed to
detect X on your system. Which seems to be the case since
"X_DISPLAY_MISSING" is on the above command-line.
While libXsharpSupport.so will now compile, Xsharp and Winforms won't work.
You need to investigate why X wasn't detected under Fedora Core and rectify
that situation.
