[DotGNU]Planning for the next pnet release

Hi,

Pnet's been doing very nicely recently. I just have a
few
minor issues before asking Rhys to release the next 
stable release (we're already a bit late on that) .

DoctorNick has added daily snapshots of Portable.net
for those without direct CVS access . Read 
http://getdotgnu.com/article13 for more on that.

Please do a compile on your platform and let us fix
all platform compile or other errors before the
release
happens - so that the release is stable.

In all probability the next stable release will be a 
long time coming , so make this one last long enough
