GNU lightning does not include a C language converter, which Mike requires. It
only includes very basic code generation macros.
It is suitable for generating a small number of simple trampolines, but it is
nowhere near complete enough to function as a full JIT framework. Hopefully
libjit will eventually evolve into a credible replacement for GNU lightning.
