Summary:  Winforms ControlPaint::DrawButton draws out of given bounds.

Original Submission:  ControlPaint::DrawButton, when drawing a button with a 3D 
effect, draws 1px out of bounds on the bottom and right edges. The out of 
bounds lines are still noticeable after background filling the bounding 
rectangle of the button.

(For an example, try hovering over the FormsHello toolbar buttons.)
