[Pnet-developers] Build Error under CygWin (CVS 12/01/2003)

Hi,

When building the current CVS snapshot under CygWin i get the following
error:

Building the same snapshot under Fedora core 1 is ok.

Under fedora i am experiencing the problem that FormsTest sems to hang
after trying the first Messagebox example.
