Summary:  After hiding and showing a Form it is displayed at wrong position, if 
the form has no border

Original Submission:  See the sample.
After the form is hidden and shown again, it moves some pixels down and right. 
Might be the border and caption size added.
1st time it runs well, the second time it failes.
