[Pnet-developers] Support for multiple ILExecProcess instances (APPDOMAINS)

Hi,

i have added the first step of appdomain support to the engine.
You can create multiple instances of ILExecProcess.

The unloading and library integration is still missing.

If you experience any problems you can switch back by setting the
IL_CONFIG_APPDOMAINS switch in your profile to n.

You have do do a full rebuild of pnet.
