[Dr-theobold-discuss] First (Unofficial) Debian Package for Dr. Theobold

I uploaded my first hand-crafted Debian package to the download area,
built for Debian Stretch (9.*)

1. Navigate to:
http://download.savannah.nongnu.org/releases/dr-theobold
2. Download dr-theobold_0.4-1_all.deb
3. sudo dpkg -i dr-theobold_0.4-1_all.deb

Note that this package depends on the picolisp package from the Debian
repository, meaning that if you have installed picolisp manually into
FHS locations, you are likely to run into a conflict.

Signed debian source files, required for rebuilding the debian binary
package, are also available from the download area.

The deb file passes all the lintian checks... erm, well, all the
important ones. ;)
