The Luxi fonts are in the font-bh-* packages. The Times New Roman fonts
are in the font-adobe-* packages.

For me AbiWord selects my DejaVu fonts after I've removed the
font-adobe-* packages.

I don't know why selk icluded these.

This is weird. If I go into the Xfce keyboard settings it overrides the
other settings.

I went: Menu->Settings->Keyboard->Layout
Unchecked the Use system defaults checkbox, added and selected a new
layout via the Add button.
