[Duplicity-talk] [patch] --help should print to stdout, not stderr

As per convention --help should print to stdout, not stderr - except
if generated in response to an incorrect command line. Currently
usage() is only called in response to an explicit --help, so the patch
just changes the hard-coded stderr to stdout.
