[Duplicity-talk] Version 0.4.6 Released

Folks,

The last release attempted to fix the problems with --archive-dir.  This
one does just that, as far as I can tell.  It will keep the last full
signatures on both local and remote, just as it should.

There were a bunch of patches submitted to add functionality and fix
problems.  Much thanks goes to:
