The cleanup may finish if you remove the -v9 option from the duplicity
command line.

The backtrace says that there is a typo in the backend.py file that is
provided by your RPM. A local fix may be to remove this line in the
backend.py file
log.Log("Deleted %s/%s" % (self.straight_url, filename, filename), 9)
and replace it with this line
log.Log("Deleted %s/%s" % (self.straight_url, filename), 9)
Alternatively, upgrade duplicity to the latest release.
