Offer command to remove old incremental backups from target"

I tried and implement a new command "remove-all-inc-of-but-n-full" which
is supposed to help keep old full backups (and not their subsequent
incremental ones), which should help with your needs, I think.

There's a proposed implementation in Bzr that just waits for someone to
do more testing.
