I have been using duply and duplicity for a while now on Ubuntu.I upgraded to Ubuntu 12.04 which includes 0.6.18 and this seems to have broken the ssh backend with the new paramiko.
if I run the command "duplicity full /home/geoff ssh://localhost/tmp/bar" I get the following error:
BackendException: ssh connection to localhost:22 failed: Unknown server localhost
if I run the command "duplicity full /home/geoff ssh://127.0.0.1/tmp/bar" I get the same error.
This is not a problem with resolving the host name. geoff
