boto v2 added support for Google Cloud Storage by creating a storage abstraction layer. I took advantage of that to add support for Google Cloud Storage to duplicity.
Merging this patch would mean raising the minimum version of boto from 1.6a to 2.0, though, so I was curious if anyone is using the latest version of duplicity with an old version of boto. boto 2.0 was released a little over 2 years ago.
This wouldn't affect anyone who is using the duplicity package distributed by Ubuntu Lucid, for example, but it would affect someone who uses python-boto from Lucid and compiles the latest duplicity.
