Follow-up Comment #1, bug #21812 (project duplicity):
A differential backup would indeed be handy, but I think we can do it one
better. Instead of a normal differential, which stores entire files, we
merely ignore the previous incremental sets and perform an incremental based
on the last full backup. This would give us the same affect as a normal
differential, but the reduced size of duplicity's incremental.
