Details:
Some ftp servers, like pureftp can display some max number of files in ls
command. Usually it's 2000 or 5000.
My 50gb full backup has about 9000 files, so duplicity doesn't work properly
with my ovh.net ftp backup server.
Here is a patch, which stores file in following path:
dupldi-X/dupldi-Y/filename
Where X and Y is first and second letter of md5sum of filename.
