Ya pude hacer funcionar CVS con Windows. Es que encontré un programam (relativamente) nuevo, bastante bonito, para manejar CVS desde ese sistema operativo. Subí las instrucciones al wiki: http://durito.alesoft.net/durito/wiki/InstruccionesCVS
