[Dvipng] dvipng project move

dvipng is moving its developement from SourceForge to Savannah,
the GNU project site. Since dvipng is not (yet?) part of the GNU
project, although released under the GNU GPL, the web address is

    http://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/dvipng/

I will keep distributing dvipng at SourceForge if this is in accordance
with SourceForge policy. In that case, the main user-visible change will
be a new mailing list address:

    address@hidden

I will move the subscriptions promptly and redirect the gmane interface.
Postings to the old list will be redirected to the new list for the time
being, the volume has been very low lately. The dvipng CVS archive was
previously part of the preview-latex repository at SourceForge, but
there is now a separate CVS repository, see the instructions at
