[Emacs-bidi] Changes in the list server

Dear all,

This mailing list is now being served by "mailman", in an attempt to conform
to the new system.  There are two main advantages to this: first of all,
subscription/unsubscription will be automatic, and you have the option of
customizing various settings.  Furthermore, the archives will be available
at the canonical place along with all the other GNU mailing list archives,
except that they are not yet there right now, but they will be migrated soon.
