Thaks a lot Glen for all these efforts : )

Indeed it was the problem. I tried to rename the e:/donnees/emacs-23.1/site-lisp/emacs-w3m-1.4.4/attic/regexp-opt
to be ignored in the list-load-path-shadows list. Now it works.  I have to solve my installation of w3m.
