No, it should not be.  __getopt_argv_const is a macro that expands
either to the empty string or to const, depending on your system.

What platform and what error?  Unless you can give us more details, we
have to assume the bug is in your setup and not in coreutils.

Thanks for the report.
However, it has now been nearly 8 months, and without more information,
we can't do much.  If you can provide the requested info, please do
and we'll be happy to reopen this bug if it affects the latest release,
which is now coreutils-8.14.
