This subsumes the bug I submitted a few minutes ago, #3847.
The current subject line is a better description.
 
MOST of the nodes in the Eshell manual are completely empty, at least
on MS Windows.
 
Also, I don't see any explanation of:
 
* how to enter/invoke Eshell
* Eshell user options
 
 
In GNU Emacs 23.0.96.1 (i386-mingw-nt5.1.2600)
 of 2009-07-09 on SOFT-MJASON
