OSX -- arrow-key navigation broken -- ns-open-file-using-panel and/or ns-write-file-using-panel |

Dear Bug Report:
On an OSX machine (Mountain Lion and Snow Leopard) running Emacs 24.3 (built
from source ./configure --with-ns), it is impossible to use the arrow keys (up
/ down / left / right) to navigate the file / folder directory structure when
using ns-open-file-using-panel or ns-write-file-using-panel. The only
workarounds are using the mouse or trying to type the name of the file /
folder. This bug is also present in earlier releases.
It is interesting to note that the currently nightly builds of Aquamacs have
resolved this issue. However, it sure would be nice to use the generic stable
release of Emacs 24.3 instead of an alpha / beta nightly build of Aquamacs
(which crashes a lot).
Thanks,
Keith David Bershatsky
