[...] `digit-value' Corresponds to the Unicode `Numeric_Value' property for characters whose `Numeric_Type' is `Decimal'. IMO the Numeric_Type of the first one should be ‘Decimal’ and the second one should be ‘Digit’. Is it a bug? If so, I can install a fix. If not, why?
