Hello,

when executing
   guix refresh -u libextractor

a new file is downloaded, the signature checked successfully, the statement
   gnu/packages/gnunet.scm:42:3: libextractor: updating from version 1.1 to 
version 1.2...is printed, but the file is not updated.
