The GIF images in <http://ioccc.org/2013/birken/images.tbz2> are not
displayed correctly with libgif5, they are vertically distorted, as if
the scanlines are misordered.  With libgif4, they are displayed
correctly.

Thanks for reporting that.  It should be fixed in
Emacs trunk bzr 115915.
