This bug was generated by a truncated email.
The proper bug report is at <http://bugs.gnu.org/15368>.

Initially these bugs were merged, but unfortunately the web interface
only showed the truncated email for in merged bug report, which was less
than helpful.  Since there were no followups to 15367 anyway, I unmerged
the bugs and am now closing this one.
