Shift-select in cua-mode does not work in org-mode although
org-replace-disputed-keys is t, org-disputed-keys are set for shift
arrow keys and org-support-shift-select is always

In GNU Emacs 24.0.50.1 (i386-mingw-nt5.1.2600)
 of 2010-03-21
Windowing system distributor `Microsoft Corp.', version 5.1.2600
configured using `configure --with-gcc (3.4) --no-opt --cflags
-Ic:/g/include -fno-crossjumping'
