--- Begin Message ---Subject: xf86-input-evdev fails to build Date: Sun, 06 Apr 2014 01:05:19 -0400 With current master, xf86-input-evdev 2.7.0 fails to build on my x86_64 machine. During ./configure it reports: --8<---------------cut here---------------start------------->8--- checking for UDEV... no configure: error: Package requirements (libudev) were not met: No package 'libudev' found Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you installed software in a non-standard prefix. Alternatively, you may set the environment variables UDEV_CFLAGS and UDEV_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config. See the pkg-config man page for more details. phase `configure' failed after 7 seconds --8<---------------cut here---------------end--------------->8--- Mark
