WindowMaker is not listed as a GNU package |

The page that lists the packages currently available for GNU says
WindowMaker is not a GNU package[0]. However, it clearly is a GNU
package[1].

It’s actually not so clear. The ‘maintainers’ file on fencepost reads
this:
--8<---------------cut here---------------start------------->8---
# maintained (maybe) but no longer part of GNU (maybe); see rms/karl.
# Putative developers don't respond.
#package: windowmaker
--8<---------------cut here---------------end--------------->8---
And indeed, it does not use GNU infrastructure at all, for instance.
(Note that the procedure to determine whether a package is GNU is
automatic. See ‘gnu-package?’ in the (guix gnu-maintenance) module.)
I’m closing this bug because there’s not much that can be done at the
level of Guix. Please discuss with rms or Karl if you think anything
needs to be done.
Thanks,
Ludo’.
