in developing Linux From Scratch for checking test suite i run this command:
"make check" and then i found failure by this verbose:
"FAIL: test-update-copyright.sh"

and at last it shows some errors as you seen attachment, i'll be merciful to guide me about this problem.

Thanks for mentioning that. The gnulib bug has nothing to do with whether grep works (it's merely a maintainer-tool issue), so I removed it from the list of tests for 'grep' by installing the attached patch, and am closing the grep bug report. Someone who likes to deal with test cases and Perl (probably not me :-) can take a look at it from the gnulib point of view whenever they have the time.
