wget rejects Let's Encrypt certs, although Icecat accepts them |

On recent GuixSD, IceCat accepts the Let's Encrypt certificate from
https://git.dthompson.us/, but 'wget' rejects it:

This works for me on GuixSD, so I'm closing the bug.
