I have considered to import ParseExcel and the patches attached here are dependencies.

The last package, called OLE::Storage_Lite, has no license

The license field on the web site states "Unknown"

See http://search.cpan.org/~jmcnamara/OLE-Storage_Lite/

In the source code I couldn't find any license file

I don't know what this means and if it's acceptable for Guix

If it's not just drop it, please.

I edited the description of the OLE module to mention the definition of
OLE instead of linking to the Wikipedia page. This way, it can be
translated for non-English speakers. Users who are interested in
learning more will hopefully find the Wikipedia page on their own :)
