(Resent, because I forgot '[PATCH]' in the subject.)

This patch makes AcceptEnv configurable from config.scm.

Questions:
Is the dash in environment-variables correct?
Why are there always two spaces after a period?
Is @option the correct annotation for AcceptEnv?

Martin
