It is not completely finished yet (my current changes are at
http://www.janik.cz/tmp/changed.diff.gz). I do that file by file and look
for differences between DOC- files before change and after change with
ediff. I have found some bugs which Gerd already fixed. So please take
care.

Yes - but I'm doing that case by case and fixing bad ARG names etc. too.
