Done.

Note that calc.texi needs work to make it compatible with today's
Texifno; I'll do that soon.

Also, I didn't yet change any Makefile's to actually compile Calc or
add it to the distro in make-dist.  I think this should be delayed
until Walter makes the necessary corrections.

Finally, I renamed a few files because the original names clash after
truncation to DOS 8+3 namespace.
