Hi,
I am using Emacs 21.1 and it is built using MinGW32 environment. When
I try to debug, I find it has used the System runtime and not the
MinGW32 runtime. How can I fix this or modify the configure.bat to
take the runtime libraries from the MinGW32 tools. Does any core
developer use the MinGW32 tools to build Emacs ?
