This does seem reasonable.  But I have not carefully checked to make
sire that it follows all our HTML conventions aside from that.  Have
you studied our server conventions page carefully?

Note that links to other pages on the site should NOT say
`http://www.gnu.org', because when they are followed from a page on a
mirror site, we want them to stay on the same mirror site.  This is
described in http://www.gnu.org/server/fsf-html-style-sheet.html.
