??? I don't remember I wrote such a thing.

You can also use iso-2022-7bit, cyrillic-iso-8bit-with-esc,
iso-latin-2-with-esc.  cyrillic-iso-8bit-with-esc is
compatible with cyrillic-iso-8bit in cyrillic part, but use
ESC sequence for Latin-2 part.  iso-latin-2-with-esc is
compatible with iso-latin-2, but use ESC sequence for
Cyrillic part.
