I'm a bit puzzled by all this bootstrapping stuff.
I mean, it's good that someone bootstraps everyday to make sure we
didn't break bootstrapping, but I personally have had to bootstrap maybe
three times over the last year, so I fail to see why we should spend much
more time on this. What am I missing ?

PS: Handa suggestion of using temacs to byte-compile the files
sounds like a good one. It will also save us from fiddling with
puresize and stuff.
