I have 3 minor comments:

  - the documentation of the new command-line options might find a better 
    home in the "Window Size X" instead of adding a new node, since I'd
    expect users to associate full-screen with a window size;

  - the new frame parameters should IMHO be documented in the ELisp manual;

  - eventually, it would be nice to have the same high-level 
    functionality in non-Unix GUI versions (even though the low-level 
    details will probably differ wildly).
