After this patch is incorporated into ange-ftp.el the byte compiler
points out something needs to be done.
The variable ange-ftp-bs2000-posix-hook-installed is referenced at
line 6092 before it was defvared at line 6148.
The function ange-ftp-bs2000-cd-to-posix refers to free variable free
global variable host and user. I suspect this is a bug.
