Could you specify one precise test case that we should try, and debug?
Please include all the customizations that I need to make, stating
them as precise text to type.  I have never used electic buffer list
myself so you have to say precisely what to do.  (I don't know what
ecb is either, but if you do this right, I won't have to know.)

Please read the Bugs section in the Emacs manual, which provides
guidelines on how to write a bug report to give us the
necessary information so we can fix the bug.
