Actually, large part of my Emacs usage is on Windows, and I almost never use 
Emacs on X, even when I do work on Posix platforms.

I see 3: left "Windows", right "Windows", and "Apps".  They are
supported in Emacs (you can associate Emacs modifiers with them).
