Re: Mouse wheel scrolling should change focus

In the discussion cited below I reported a bug in mwheel, which turned
out to be customizable behaviour.  However it has the "wrong" default
(compared to all other applications I have access to).  William, what
do you think of adding the patch below, effectively changing the
default?
