Yes.  On reading and writing iso-2022 files, Emacs-unicode
may designate different charsets.  I still can't find a time
to fix it.

But, is it a big problem?  Even in Emacs 21, iso-2022 files
may be changed just by reading and writing (e.g. by removing
redundant escape sequences).

But, the trunk is also not stable in the area of redisplay
in these days...

The most frustrating redisplay bug of emacs-unicode I notice
is that cursor sometimes disappear, and that was fixed in
HEAD by Gerd's series of changes in April.
