By the way, I've just found this inconsistency.
frame-width -> not including scroll bars and fringes
frame-pixel-width -> including them
If you look at this very strictly, this may seem inconsistent, but I
think it is logical. The scroll bars and fringes are not columns, so
a width measured in columns naturally won't include them.
